Viewing Your Past Receipts
A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you have not received a copy of your receipt, please email [email protected] and we will get you a copy for your records. We will also investigate why you may have not received your receipt and adjust your billing details if necessary.
If you’re on a lab or team license, you must be the Admin or billing contact to access past receipts and invoices.
Viewing and downloading previous invoices
1. Click on your name in the top-right corner
2. Then select Edit Profile & Settings from the drop-down.
3. Click on the Plan & Billing tab.
Please note: the Plan & Billing tab is only available if you have an active subscription. Once you have cancelled your subscription, this will not be available to you we ask that you please reach out to us to access your invoice history.
4. Under Invoice History, find the invoice you’re looking for and click the PDF link to download a copy. Your invoice will be saved to your Downloads folder.
